Must be over 23 years of age on application

Must earn less than the national average of £29,600 per annum for single applicants and £40,000 per annum for joint applicants.

Savings will be taken into consideration.   A maximum of £20,000.

Have some links to Stevenage e.g. family, work etc.

Lists are worked on a date basis.

Our flats/bedsits are not suitable for wheelchair users.

Updates must be received every 6 months.

When you near the top of the list you would be invited in for an interview by members of the Co-operative.

Single persons will be offered a bedsit flat initially with the option to sign up to the transfer list after 6 months for a one bedroom flat.

Joint applicants will be offered a two bedroom flat, however, if one of the persons was to leave the remaining person would have to downsize to a one bedroom flat.

Pets are not permitted without the prior consent of the Committee.  Dogs are not permitted with the exception of assistance dogs, again with the agreement and prior consent of the Committee.  Any agreed pets must comply with the rules of the Co-operative and the Pet Policy, if not adhered to the Committee will ask for them to be removed from site as per their Tenancy Agreement.

There is parking at both Bader Close and Chatsworth Court, however this is on a first come basis, each vehicle must display a Parking Permit.
